According to the Daily Express, Bordeaux starlet, Malcom, has great desire to play in the Premier League next season, with Arsenal, Liverpool, and Tottenham Hotspur all keen to secure his services.
The pacey winger has had a terrific first half of the season with the Girondins, displaying some high-quality performances in the League 1.
The Spurs have been trying to acquire Malcom this winter after Mauricio Pochettino labeled him as a prime target. However, Bordeaux manager Gus Poyet never considered letting the 20-year-old Brazilian leave Matmut Atlantique, counting on him to help the team in their Europa League quest.
Arsenal and Tottenham are on red alert after the former Corinthians star revealed his ambition to move to the Premier League at the end of the current campaign.
“It’s my dream to progress in my career,” he told Telefoot. “I spoke to the president, he told me that he knew it was my dream, but that he needed me.
“I told him he could count on me until the end of the season. I will do everything to help Bordeaux finish in the top six in Ligue 1.”
As things stand, one of the hottest properties in European football seems destined to fulfill his dream next summer, but the interested parties will have to £40 million to secure his services.
