Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has suggested that his side could make squad additions during the January transfer window.
The Lilywhites have been underwhelming in the League this season and are already out of the Premier League title race as they trail leaders Manchester City by 21 points.
They are currently in 7th position on the standings and could face a battle just to finish in the top four this season.
As a result, Pochetino has now suggested that his side could make additions and said: “It is so difficult to try and find the player to come in and help you but maybe. It’s an option.
“In and out, you know, because for different reasons it happens because a player arrives because he is available.”
Meanwhile one player who could leave Spurs in January is defender Danny Rose. The England international is reported to be unsettled at the club and has been strongly linked with a move to Manchester United.
