Swansea City star delivers message to the fans following West Ham loss

Swansea star Martin Olsson has suggested that his team-mates need to stick together following their 1-0 defeat to West Ham during the weekend.  The loss consigned the Swans to 18th position in the Premier League with just five points from several games.

The Swans next play against Huddersfield and Leicester this month and the two fixtures are games in which they certainly can take points from if they play well.

Should things fail to improve soon, this season could prove to be yet another relegation battle for the Welsh outfit as it was last season.

Olsson feels that his team-mates will need to stick together throughout this period and said, “It’s not the time to panic. We showed last season what we can do. We have almost the same kind of players.

“We know the strikers we have, their qualities, midfield, everyone. We need to stick together. The team, the fans, the staff.

“We’ve got a good group and everyone is behind the manager so we’ve just go to work hard and change that trend and get some more wins.”
