According to reports, Tottenham target Davinson Sanchez has informed Ajax that he wishes to leave the club.
The Colombian international Sanchez was impressive last season and helped Ajax claim a place in the Europa League final which they lost to Manchester United.
Ajax reportedly value the 21-year-old at around £40 million and the youngster boasts the attributes that are needed to succeed in the Premier League.
Sanchez is powerful in the air, strong with tackles and is able to distribute the ball with intelligence. He could form a powerful and exciting Spurs defence along with Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghem.
Though many Spurs fans will be frustrated by the lack of lack of signings thus far this summer, Sanchez will be a very good signing for the club and has he is still in the early stages of his career, he will also reach peak performance at a later age.
