Bournemouth striker talks about potential reported move to Tottenham

Joshua King, a young Bournemouth attacker, admits he was flattered by the interest shown by the Spurs, reports the Independent. King said, “I was intrigued even being mentioned in the same sentence as Spurs, a big team who play in the Champions League.”

However, the young Norwegian international reportedly has no intention of leaving Dean Court during the summer transfer window, and he has stated that he feels happy on the south coast.

The 25-year-old impressed over the past season, and he managed to score 16 goals in the Premier League. That is why King attracted interest from numerous clubs, but it seems that Mauricio Pochettino shows the strongest intention of signing the talented attacker.

Since Pochettino only has Harry Kane upfront, Joshua King could be a perfect replacement for Vincent Janssen, who turned out to be a real disappointment at White Hart Lane.

King has gone through the academy ranks at Manchester United, and his skills and pace could result in a bag of goals for the Spurs.
