Hoffenheim striker Mark Uth is attracting interests from Premier League clubs Tottenham and Southampton, according to the latest report. The Mirror claims that both clubs are keeping tabs on the 25-year-old with a view to a summer transfer.
The former Germany U20 international has made waves in German football this season, after scoring five goals in 10 league appearances for his side.
He joined the Bundesliga club from Dutch side Heerenveen for a fee of €3 million in the summer of 2015 following a 20-goal season in Eredivisie.
In his first season with Hoffenheim, Uth managed to score eight goals in 25 league appearances.
He missed a sizeable portion of the ongoing season due to an injury he suffered in September. Keeping in mind that his ten appearances this season include only six starts, a return of five goals is certainly impressive.
His current contract expires in the summer of 2018, and he could be available for a knockdown price of around £6m this summer.
