Tottenham are reportedly watching Lyon forward Maxwel Cornet with a view to making a bid.
The 21-year old has a £7 million buy-out clause in his contract and he is said to be watched by Spurs as well as Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund.
Despite being very young, Cornet has already made 82 first team appearances for Lyon and has scored 16 goals for the club.
Though he represented France at U-21 level, he has opted to represent Ivory Coast at senior international level and made his debut for the nation during their 5-0 defeat against the Netherlands earlier on during 2017.
Spurs may need to sign a new striker during the summer especially given that Fernando Llorente has only managed one goal so far after arriving at the club during the summer transfer window.
Cornet looks to have a bright future ahead of him and will not be expensive so he could be worthwhile.
