Football pundit Micky Hazard has claimed that Tottenham star Dele Alli has not reached top form as yet this season.
The 21-year-old Alli is one of the World’s top rated young football prospects and has won the PFA Young Player of the year award for the past two consecutive seasons.
He has so far scored twice and contributed one assist from several Premier League games but the general sense is that he is not performing at the level which he was at during the majority of the past two seasons.
The youngster so far this season has been making the headlines more so for the bad reasons than his world class ability. He was handed a one match international ban by Fifa for a middle finger aimed at team-mate Kyle Walker while on duty for the England national team.
He was also given a yellow card last weekend while playing for Tottenham against Huddersfield for an obviously intentional dive in an attempt to win a penalty.
