According to reports, Tottenham have had a £25 million bid for Fulham starlet Ryan Sessegnon rejected.
The England under-19 international Sessegnon is regarded as one of the brightest up and coming English talents and signed his first professional deal with Fulham in June.
Spurs are also said to be interested in Sessegnon’s twin brother Steven, who signed his first professional contract in June.
Both players are said to be happy to remain at Fulham for now and have placed no pressure on the club for a transfer but the interest of Tottenham will surely be tempting.
Fulham are aiming to challenge for Premier League promotion this season and for the time being, it seems that they are willing to reject the temptation of a large sum of money.
There has been a lot of interest in Ryan this summer from Premier League clubs and should Fulham fail to win promotion this season, it would be hard to see him staying at the club.
