According to reports, Tottenham Hotspur have submitted a £19.5 million offer for AC Milan ace Suso.
The 23-year-old Suso impressed in the Serie A last season, scoring several goals from 33 appearances and is a target for Tottenham this summer.
However, Milan are said to have rejected the first offer from Mauricio Pochettino’s side and will be looking at a higher fee.
Despite Suso’s exploits for the Italian club last season, he is unproven in the Premier League having had an unsuccessful spell with Liverpool between 2012 and 2015. During that time, he managed only 14 appearances for the Merseyside club and failed to impress.
Milan may consider a sale for the player if they receive an offer in the region of £22 million, especially as they will be looking to sign a new striker.
The Lillywhites have also been linked with Everton star Ross Barkley ahead of the new season. The Toffees are however said to be demanding £50 million for the 23 year old.
