Tottenham reportedly expected to return for South American wonderkid after winter’s failure

The British outlet, Talk Sport, have broadcasted the news from the French portal, Le 10 Sport, regarding the potential summer move from Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal for the prosperous Bordeaux winger Malcom.

Both Premier League heavyweights have been trying to secure the highly-rated Brazilian this winter, but his £53.3 million price-tag has scared them off.

The Spurs ended up signing Paris Saint-Germain outcast Lucas Moura, while Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Henrikh Mkhitaryan joined the Gunners.

However, according to the recent reports, Mauricio Pochettino is eager to bring the former Corinthians star to London at the end of the season, as Tottenham are prepared to challenge Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Manchester City for the EPL title next year.

Gus Poyet has barely managed to persuade Malcom to stay at Matmut Atlantique, but he can’t keep the player, whose dream is to play in England.

Wenger and Pochettino are looking to take advantage of that, and secure the 20-year-old’s services.
