According to reports, former Everton boss Ronald Koeman is in talks to become the next manager of the Netherlands national team.
The Oranje are currently on a rebuilding phase following their failures to qualify for Euro 2016 as well as for the 2018 world cup.
Koeman has been out of work since he was sacked by Everton in October but could be tempted by the prospect of managing his native Holland.
The 54-year-old Koeman will previously considered for the Netherlands national team post but eventually ended up joining Southampton after they preferred to go with Dick Advocaat.
Koeman spent two years with the Saints before he left to take up the reigns at Everton.
He did an impressive job as manager of the Toffees during the 2015-16 season and led the Merseysiders to a 7th place Premier League finish.
Things however went pear-shaped this season and he was sacked in October after the club were playing a poor brand of football.
