Rangers reportedly risk losing star as clubs prepare to offer lucrative deals

According to the Scottish Sun, Rangers centre-back Danny Wilson could be on his way out of Ibrox and even Britain amid interests from MLS duo Sporting Kansas City and Colorado Rapids.

The contract of the 26-year-old expires at the end of the season, and despite his desire to remain with the Light Blues, agreement over a new deal is yet to be reached.

The American clubs are looking to challenge for the top prize as a new season kicks off, and they see Wilson as a top player that could help realize their dreams.

They are both ready to offer lucrative deals more than what he earns at Glasgow, and could also be ready to meet the Gers’ asking price if they are willing to sell the £450,000-rated man.

The former Liverpool man appears to be finally living up to his potential at Rangers this term, with his displays during the goalless draw against Celtic the highlight of an impressive campaign.

Wilson has featured in 14 league games thus far, weighing in 3 goals at the other end and an exit could deal a huge blow on the club.
