Fulham have claimed that Tottenham target Ryan Sessegnon is not for sale this month.
Despite being just 17-years-old, Sessegnon has established himself as a key member of the Fulham first team and is regarded as one of the best young defenders in English football.
It is perhaps just a matter of time before he leaves the Cottagers to join a Premier League club but it appears that that will not be this month.
Manchester United and Spurs have been two clubs who have been strongly linked with the signature of Sessegnon during recent months with Spurs considered to be the frontrunners.
Jose Mourinho is looking for a new left-back and one of the men who he could sign is Danny Rose of Spurs.
In that case, a situation which could happen is that Spurs may recruit Sessegnon as a replacement for the 27-year-old Rose.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino also has a good reputation for working with younger players and this could appeal to the youngster.
