As per Quotidiano Sportivo (via Football-Italia), Everton are keen on AC Milan striker Andre Silva as they want to add more firing power to their attack despite only recently completing a deal for Cenk Tosun.

The Portugal international has largely disappointed on the domestic scene since his £33million switch from Porto last summer, and the Serie A giants are ready to sanction a mid-season sale for £35million.

Silva has started just 4 league games for Milan, with even 20-year-old Patrick Cutrone ahead of him in the pecking order.

The 22-year-old might be willing to leave San Siro for greener pastures, and that he’s currently the joint highest goalscorer in the Europa League after scoring 6 goals in as many games means he is still quite the decent finisher.

Toffees boss Sam Allardyce has enough funds to spend as the club look to improve their fortunes, and Silva could be another quality striking addition.

However, he isn’t the most-needed signing at Goodison Park at the moment given the depth in the department and the need for urgent reinforcements in other areas.
