Leeds United agree a deal for attacker with Belgian side

Belgian club K.A.S Eupen have signed Leeds United striker Yuta Tuyokawa on a loan deal.

The striker is now set to participate in Eupen’s winter training camp in Doha with the Aspire Academy and thereafter start playing competitive football.

K.A.S director Christoph Henkel rates Tuyokawa highly and said: “We have managed to sign a second player after Florian Raspentino to reinforce our attack.

“Yuta Toyokawa is a quick, dangerous striker and is sure to increase our team’s chances in the struggle to avoid relegation from the first division.”

Tuyokawa becomes the second Japanese player to join the Whites this month after the club recently announced that they had signed Yosuke Ideguchi from Gamba Osaka.

Should the player pass his medical next week,he will be likely to join Spanish club Cultural Leonesa on loan till the end of the season.
