Nigerian outlet 90 Minutes Goal has claimed that Tottenham have been in touch with Everton youngster Henry Onyekuru.
Onyekuru only arrived at the Toffees during the summer from Belgian club Eupen and he was sent out on loan for this season to Belgian giants Anderlecht where he is doing well having scored eight goals from 20 matches across all competitions.
Spurs reportedly feel that the Nigerian could be a good recruit for them should main striker Harry Kane end up joining Real Madrid.
Onyekuru has brilliant pace and trickery and looks like he does have the attributes that are required to succeed in the English top flight. However issues over a work permit are likely to be an issue.
In addition to this, Everton only recently bought the player and considering his impressive form of late, they will likely want to try him out for their first team especially as they have been struggling in front of goal since Romelu Lukaku left the club.
