West Ham star Michail Antonio has issued a warning to Tottenham ahead of the two sides meeting in a Carabao Cup encounter on Wednesday.
The 27 year old Antonio was part of the Hammers squad that lost to Spurs 3-2 in September and he is hoping to gain revenge. Both sides are likely to rest players for this game.
Hammers manager Slaven Bilic reportedly has two games left to save his job following the team’s poor run of form this season and he is likely to prioritize the weekend’s Premier League clash against bottom of the table Crystal Palace.
Both sides are looking to book their place in the last eight of the Carabao Cup and Antonio is looking to gain revenge over Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
He said: “It’s a massive game. Even if it wasn’t at Wembley, it would be a massive game, as any game when West Ham and Tottenham are playing against each other, it is a massive.
“Especially after they beat us at home, we need to go there and beat them at their home. We’ve got to steady our minds, go there and perform for the fans.”
