According to popular bookmakers SkyBet, Leeds United striker Pierre-Michel Lasogga is currently the third favorite to win the Championship golden boot this season.
Lassogga is on a season long loan deal from German club Hamburg and enjoyed a brilliant game during the weekend as his side beat Burton Albion 5-0, scoring two goals and provided an assist. He was also impressive during his sides win against Birmingham on Tuesday.
The striker will now be hoping to rediscover his instinct for goal as well as lead the Whites to the Premier League after they narrowly missed out on a place in the promotion playoffs last season after finishing in seventh position on the Championship standings.
Lassogga is currently the 12/1 third favorite to win the Championship golden boot along with Nelson Oliveira of Norwich City.
Middlesbrough striker Britt Assombalonga is currently the favorite at 7/1 while Billy Sharp of Sheffield United is second at 10/1.
