Liverpool reportedly set to offer huge deal for sensational midfielder

According to reports, Liverpool youngster Ben Woodburn could be set to be rewarded with a new £25,000-a-week deal as talks over a new deal began ahead of his 18th birthday. Woodburn is a youth product of the Reds and joined the club at the age of 7.

After breaking into the first team last season, he became the club’s youngest goal scorer after netting during the clubs EFL Cup win against Leeds.

The youngster has since broken into the Wales national team and scored on debut for his country during their recent World Cup qualifier against Austria, which they went on to win 1-0.

Woodburn is currently rated as one of the top young prospects in Britain. Liverpool will know that they will have to treat him will in order to ensure that he does not potentially get tempted into joining another elite club of European football who may come in with a good offer.
