Wolves have reportedly rejected £3million offer for striker

According to reports, Wolverhampton Wanderers have rejected a bid of £3million from Hull City for Nouha Dicko.

Though Dicko has netted two goals so far this season, it has widely been claimed that Wolves may be willing to let him go for the right price but the offer from Hull seems to be too low for their liking.

The Tigers are in need of cover for Abel Hernandez who is set to be out of action for six months due to injury and this has led to their interest in the 25-year-old Dicko.

The Mali international Dicko joined Wolves from Wigan Athletic in 2014 for a fee of just £400,000 and he scored 13 goals from 19 appearances during his first season whilst the club were in League One, to help them lift the title.

As Nuno Espirito Santo is still looking to add another striker to his ranks before the end of the summer, he may be willing to listen to offers for Dicko especially considering that the player faces the possibility of not playing much this season.
