Barcelona are increasingly confident in signing Brazilian midfielder Phillipe Coutinho despite having a £72 million bid rejected by Liverpool, according to Sky Sports.
Barcelona are believed to be readying a bid worth £90 million as they look to replace Neymar who completed his mega money transfer to PSG earlier this week.
The Spanish giants are looking to make a marquee signing of their own having already agreed personal terms with Coutinho but the Reds are hesitant on selling their star man ahead of a crucial campaign this season.
The Catalonia based club are also ready to offer Andre Gomes as part of the deal and Jurgen Klopp is believed to be keen on the Portuguese international.
Andre Gomes was also left out of Barcelona’s recent friendly game against Brazilian side Chapecoense igniting further rumors of a possible switch to Anfield.
Dortmund’s Ousmane Dembele and Juventus’s Paulo Dybala have also been linked with big money moves to the Camp Nou as the Blaugrana look to rebuild the team in their attempts to regain dominance in Spain and Europe.
