According to reports, Manchester United have reached an agreement with Everton to sign striker Romelu Lukaku.
According to reports, the 24-year-old Lukaku will cost the Red Devils a figure in the region of 75 million and is set to become the club’s second most expensive signing after Paul Pogba, who joined the club from Juventus last season.
Lukaku has established himself as one of the world’s best strikers over the past few years and scored 25 goals in the Premier League last season. Only Harry Kane, who netted 29 goals, scored more than him.
Lukaku rejected a new contract to stay on at Everton this past season after indicating his desire to play in the UEFA Champions League.
Lukaku will surely be a good addition to the United team and will likely become the club’s first choice striker. He certainly has the qualities to help United re-establish themselves as a dominant force within world football.
