It’s no secret that the books of Celtic Football Club are pretty full at the moment, especially in the midfield positions. As a result, room is having to be made in order to get everyone playing time in order to help them develop properly.

One such player that the Hoops will be moving on for the season is Jamie Lindsay. The 21-year-old will be leaving the Scottish treble winners in order to play for Ross County next season, according to the Ross-Shire Journal.

Ross County manager Jim McIntrye said that he “is a young exciting talent,” and that he was “delighted to get him to our club.”

This is a good move for both clubs as they each seek to improve on last season. Lindsay will need to make a big name for himself now if he ever seeks to break into the increasing quality of Celtic. Meanwhile, Ross County are trying to improve after a solid seventh place finish last term.
