West Ham reportedly challenge Champions League team for 18-year-old; Asking price is £8.75million

According to The Sun, West Ham will have to compete with RB Leipzig for the signing of Yann Karamoh, a highly rated teenage star.

Karamoh currently plays as an attacker or a winger for the French side Caen, and he impressed over the course of last season, helping the club avoid relegation. Even though he is only 18 years old, Karamoh managed to start 25 games. On top of that, he squeezed in 5 goals and had 4 assists.

With all those numbers in mind, it is no wonder that top European clubs are after Yann Karamoh.

West Ham boss Slaven Bilic also seems to be keen on bringing the player over to London, and he is particularly satisfied with the player’s versatility. The young attacker can cover several positions in the attacking area.

The asking price for the teenage star is reportedly set at £8.75 million, and it remains to be seen if the Hammers are willing to splash so much cash on an unpolished diamond.
