According to Sky sources, Olivier Giroud could still stay in London next season, but his coach will not be Arsene Wenger after all. Instead, the French attacker could join Slaven Bilic and his players over at the London Stadium.

The Hammers are reportedly in a serious search for a striker, and Giroud could offer a reliable and well-proven solution up front. His goal-scoring records are impressive, as he managed to score 98 goals in 226 appearances for the Gunners.

During the last season, the 30-year-old French international has bagged 16 goals, but he managed to start only 11 games. That is why he is not happy at the club, and he could leave the Emirates after joining Arsenal in 2012.

It seems that Wenger has his eyes set on Kylian Mbappe or Alexandre Lacazzete, which means that Olivier Giroud is not a part of his long-term plans. West Ham could be an ideal solution for the experienced striker and he would have a regular spot at Bilic’s starting lineup.
