According to a report from Football London, Tottenham Hotspur are not interested in bringing Bayern Munich’s technical director Michael Reschke to North London.
There were reports that Bayern were looking to bring in the Bayern supremo as a replacement for the outgoing head of recruitment Paul Mitchell, however that is now not said to happen.
Mitchell who has worked for Southampton is serving a notice period after confirming his desire to leave at the end of the season. Given his experience and merit, he will not be an easy candidate to replace.
Tottenham chairperson Daniel Levy will have to look far and wide to identify a replacement for Mitchell with Reschke now not coming. This will have to be a top priority target for the club.
Mitchell has done a good job with the club during his tenure assisting them in finishing third last season and displaying impressive form this season.
