According to reports coming out of the Gazzetta di Modena in Italy, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is tracking Sassuolo forward Domenico Berardi. Berardi, an Italian international, is only 22 years old and looks like he would be a good fit for Liverpool.
Berardi is exceptional in terms of his versatility. He can play on the wings (his preference), up front, or in support of a striker. He’s young and agile, so he would be able to press quite well and he’s also a good finisher.
However, Juventus, it said, have a deal that could potentially see him sign with them.
This deal with Liverpool for Berardi doesn’t look very likely, especially right now. This window won’t see him move, but he could move in the summer.
Sassuolo hasn’t kicked on since last season, so he’ll likely move to a side that are capable of going places. Juventus will probably sign him, but if they don’t Liverpool will be second-favorite.
