Evans would be a very good addition to Arsenal, as they are still searching for a center back partner for Laurent Koscielny. Evans is more than capable of filling this role.
Evans averaged 3.0 interceptions per game and 2.4 tackles per game last season, as he had a solid year for West Brom.
He was also a good player for Manchester United for several seasons, and at only 28 years old, there is no reason to expect him to decline at all this year.
