Chelsea midfielder describes dressing room atmosphere after Swansea loss

After a disappointing loss at the hands of Swansea, Chelsea will now host Manchester City at Stamford Bridge on Saturday. Oscar spoke to Chelsea TV after the loss and insisted on ensuring that the team’s focus should be on the upcoming game against Manchester City.

Chelsea had their 15-match unbeaten run in Premier League brought to an end by Swansea. The Brazilian mentioned that whole dressing room was unhappy following the loss. “‘Everyone in the dressing room was unhappy because we played well”.

“We have six games left this season. We played well at Swansea but we didn’t win and now we have to focus on the next match because it’s very important for us,” pointed Oscar, who had an average game against Swansea. Oscar also added that he is keen on impressing Antonio Conte and each player tries to give their best in order to win the faith of new manager.

Chelsea is looking forward to having a much stronger line-up against Manchester City as Diego Costa will be back from suspension with Hiddink hinting a possible return of captain John Terry from injury.
