Antonio Conte has identified Inter Milan star Ivan Perisic as a replacement for wantaway winger Eden Hazard, according to reports from Calciomercato
Hazard enjoyed a stunning season last year and his contribution in helping Chelsea claiming the Premier League title earned him the PFA Player of the Year award.
In complete contrast though, the current campaign has proven to be a huge struggle for Hazard and many believe that one of the main reasons behind the Belgian international’s poor performances is his desire to move away from Chelsea.
Paris Saint-Germain has been seen as the most likely destination for Hazard and Chelsea are said to be open to the idea of parting with their prized asset if a good enough offer is put on the table.
Many expect Antonio Conte to be arriving as manager of Chelsea next season and the Italian is reportedly already looking at potential replacements for Hazard when he arrives to Stamford Bridge.
