It might seem hard to believe but Real Madrid actually take, every once and while, some time to think about the future of the team instead of spending millions in well known international stars that sometimes fail to bring anything positive to the team.
According to recent media reports, Los Blancos have agreed with Real Zaragoza the signing of Jesús Vallejo, an 18-year old centre-back that captained both the Aragon-based team last season and Spain’s U19 National Team that won the UEFA Under 19 Championship, which took place in Greece earlier this month.
According to the Spanish sports newspaper AS, Real Madrid have offered Real Zaragoza somewhere around €4.5 million but the Liga Adelante’s side wants €6million for releasing the talented young defender.

The media are also suggesting that Los Blancos will allow Jesús Vallejo to play another season at La Romareda before joining the club next summer.
In addition to that, Real Zaragoza would reportedly maintain a buy-back clause of just €7million if they manage to secure the promotion to the top tier of Spanish football next year.
If this is to be true, Jesús Vallejo will turn out to be the second Spanish youth international that Real Madrid sign in less than a year, after signing Marco Asensio from Mallorca last November.
