Real Madrid reportedly plotting monster bid to sign Tottenham star

According to reports, Spanish giants Real Madrid are preparing a monster bid for Tottenham striker Harry Kane during the summer.

Los Blancos have been woeful by their standards this season and are likely to overhaul their squad during the summer.

One of the players that they are likely to replace is Karim Benzema who has been struggling in front of goal this season and Kane has been touted as a possible replacement for the Frenchman.

It has been reported that Madrid are willing to fork out £200 million to sign Kane, a figure which would exceed the £198 million which PSG paid to sign Neymar from Barcelona last summer.

Spurs have a strict wage policy at their club which sees Kane only pocket around £100 000 which is a modest salary for a player of his quality.

Should he join Madrid, he will likely be able to earn twice or triple that amount.
