Tottenham reportedly face competition from Milan and Juventus for attacker

AC Milan are the latest club to join Tottenham and Juventus in the race to sign Ajax attacker David Neres.

Neres has been in superb form in the Eredivisie this season and has scored nine goals and contributed 12 assists from 22 appearances in all competitions.

In his native Brazil, he has earned comparisons to superstar Neymar and has been linked with a move to some of the most elite clubs in European football.

Milan scouts are reportedly watching him closely but are aware of the strong competition that they will face.

Neres has been valued at around €25 million and considering that he only joined the club during the summer transfer window, it is unlikely that Ajax will be willing to sell until next summer.

At only 20 years old, Neres looks like he will be a potential superstar of the future and it remains to be seen whether he will make the Brazil squad for the 2018 World Cup.
