Tottenham star delighted due to this reason

Serge Aurier has revealed that he is delighted to have scored his first goal for Tottenham after finding the back of the net during his club’s 2-0 win over Brighton and Hove Albion on Wednesday night.

The Ivory Coast international scored the opener for his side on the night after his cross sailed into the back post. Heung Son-Min sealed victory for the Lilywhites by adding the second.

The former PSG man Aurier arrived at Spurs during the summer transfer window for a fee of €25 million and he appears to be now adapting to the Premier League.

He was happy to have scored his first goal for the club and said: “I’m happy for the team, to score my first goal for Tottenham and for the victory. It’s very important for the team. I’m good. It’s my first season here, the game is not the same (as in France).”
