Tottenham’s £30million man reportedly set to move in the coming days

According to Chronicle Live, Tottenham flop Moussa Sissoko is very close to securing a move away from north London, albeit on a temporary basis.

Turkish outfit Trabzonspor want to secure the services of the 27-year-old on a season-long loan, and it seems both club would reach an agreement very soon.

Sissoko arrived from Newcastle for £30million last summer, but he could only make 8 league appearances in 2016-17, and he was subsequently omitted from boss Mauricio Pochettino’s pre-season tour squad.

There is no gainsaying that the last 12 months have been nightmarish for Sissoko, but Trabzonspor are offering him a chance to rediscover his form with the promise of regular football.

Although, Spurs aren’t willing to let their investment on the French winger go down the drain, it’s believed an option to buy might be included in the contract.

Per adventure the Euros 2016 Sissoko decides to show up in Turkey in the next 12 months, he could be on his way back to Tottenham in no time and also make the national team squad to Russia 2018.

It looks like a win-win deal for both club and player, and we just might not have seen the last of Sissoko at Spurs just yet.
