Tottenham reportedly in race with 7 others to land the next ‘Kylian Mbappe’

According to the Mirror, Tottenham are interested in signing Caen striker Yann Karamoh, but they will have to beat a host of strong suitors, including Arsenal and Inter Milan to the prize.

Due to his blistering pace and versatility in attack, the 19-year-old sensation has been widely tipped to follow in the footsteps of fellow French kid, Monaco’s Kylian Mbappe.

Karamoh will be available for around £9million this summer and for free next summer after refusing to sign a contract extension. Therefore, an exit looks very certain, and he has a lot of choices.

The French youth international who bagged 5 goals and 4 assists in 25 Ligue 1 starts last season is also wanted by Southampton, Fiorentina, West Ham, Newcastle and Everton.

With growth his primary priority, Karamoh agreeing to a Tottenham switch can’t be seen, but boss Mauricio Pochettino’s rich history of fine tuning youngsters could be a tempting proposition too.
