West Ham reportedly agree major £10million deal

Sky Sports have reported that West Ham United will sign Kevin Malcuit from French Ligue 1 outfit Saint Etienne during the summer for around £10million.

The Hammers had made attempts to sign the right back during the January transfer window but had their efforts declined by the Ligue 1 team who did not wish to sign a key player midway through the season.

However they will cash in during the summer on a player who they bought for a bargain price of £500,000 during the summer of 2015.

Hammers manager Slaven Bilic is keen to add a quality right back to his squad, especially after veteran Spanish player Alvaro Arbeloa has underperformed since arriving at the London stadium.

Malcuit has impressive pace and has had a fine season so far bagging four assists. He has been a key part of the Saint-Etienne team who have defended very well this season, conceding just 22 League goals thus far.
