Chelsea and Conte refuse to give up their chase and desire to sign Real Madrid’s Alvaro Morata. Chelsea has already faced 2 rejected bids of £50 million and £62.7 million from Real Madrid, claims The Metro. But Conte seems desperate to sign the Spanish international.
Conte has been very active this transfer window, he has already proved his will to sign the players he wants, with the signing of N’Golo Kante. Morata will not only bolster their attack but also make them more lethal and dominant up-front. Chelsea, already having the likes of experienced Diego Costa and youngster Michy Batshuayi, are pursuing Lukaku as well, who is desperate to leave Goodison Park this summer.
Chelsea are in hunt of many players and they have made sure not to miss out on any aspect of the team. Conte is in a search for each and every player who will ideally fit in his formation. From a goalkeeping change to signing new strikers, Conte is determined to land the players he wishes, as he has been given a massive budget to overhaul the squad.
However, Morata, who has returned to Real Madrid after 2 seasons at Juventus, has already exclaimed that he is very happy to be back at Bernabeu and Zidane has involved him in his pre-season plans. Meaning, he might not be up for sale at any price.
