As the Premier League season is coming to an end, Chelsea supporters have seen many positives under interim boss Guus Hiddink. The Blues will look to extend their undefeated run at the Liberty Stadium against the Swans on Saturday.
The Blues put up a stellar performance, notably without their star-studded line-up. The club’s youngsters were out to impress and show what they are capable of. Guus Hiddink is having a successful stint for the second time at The Stamford Bridge as a caretaker. He has led The Blues to 15 consecutive league matches without a loss.
After a miserable start under Jose Mourinho, Guus Hiddink’s side has climbed to 10th position on 44 points from a spot close to relegation.
Whereas The Swans will aim to make a history at Liberty Stadium as they have never defeated Chelsea in a league match, losing six and drawing three. Though the Liberty Stadium outfit will take inspiration from the opening day of the season, when they came from behind twice to secure a 2-2 draw at the Stamford Bridge. Swansea has managed to secure 10 points from the last 5 league games, keeping themselves safe from relegation spot with 37 points, 10 points clear of Sunderland who are currently placed 18th.
