Chelsea will be on a player-hunt as they will be looking to build a strong side for next season’s title challenge. N’Golo Kante, the 24-year-old Frenchman is one of the players which is in Chelsea’s priority list for the summer.
According to Get French Football News the Blues have made discreet enquiries about the promising youngster who will see out his contract with Leicester City by 2019.
Kante is very direct in his approach. He has been very effective in Leicester’s bid to win the EPL title. Despite being a defensive midfielder, Kante is very dangerous while going forward. So far, he is a surprise of the season, with his blistering pace and speedy dribbling, he has caught the eyes of many.
It will be tough to say if Kante, who arrived at the King Power Stadium last summer, will be leaving them in upcoming summer as it’s almost certain that Leicester City will feature in the Champions League next season, making Claudio Ranieri holding on to his asset.
