The Puebla vs Tijuana Xolos Liga MX match will be broadcast live online and on TV as La Franja hosts Los Rojinegros at the Estadio Cuauhtemoc this Friday, July 19, at 5:00 PM Pacific.
The 2019 Apertura tournament kicks off on Friday night with a clash between Puebla and the Tijuana Xolos. Puebla managed to hold on to key players like Lucas Cavallini, Bryan Angulo and Nicolas Vikonis.
La Franja also added several experienced players like Luis Miguel Noriega and Christian Marrugo as well as some young prospects like Daniel Lajud. Puebla finished just outside of the playoffs last season and is expected to be in the fight for the playoffs with an improved roster from last season.
The Tijuana Xolos did suffer some key losses in the offseason like Gustavo Bou, Jesus Angulo, Eryc Castillo and Fabian Castillo. However, did also add 11 players in the transfer window including Camilo Sanvezzo, Leonel Miranda and Washington Camacho.
Tijuana’s attack is specifically enticing with Miller Bolanos, Camilo Sanvezzo and Ariel Nahuelpan. The border city club will be missing Vladimir Lorona, Mauro Lainez and Aldo Cruz as they all will be representing Mexico in the Panamerican Games, but those absences are not expected to play a huge role in this match.
Puebla vs Tijuana Xolos Prediction
