Javier Hernandez looking to strike up a partnership with this West Ham star

West Ham striker Javier Hernandez has revealed that he is hoping that his partnership with fellow striker Marko Arnautovic can help keep the Hammers in the Premier League.

David Moyes side recorded a morale boosting victory over Watford this weekend as both Arnautovic and Hernandez were on target.

Hernandez tapped in his third goal in four games just before half-time while Arnautovic continued his good run of form by sealing victory for his side 12 minutes before the end of the game.

After the game, the Mexican international said, “We have a good understanding with each other and both of us scored. That’s a good thing for a striker.

“Not only did we score, but the whole team ran with high intensity and we showed that we wanted the three points. Three points are three points whoever they come against, and we need to keep going day-by-day and game-by-game because every game is going to be a final.”

Though Hernandez struggled for form during the early parts of the season, he has since undergone a resurgence and will be hoping to keep this up as the East London club look to ensure that they avoid relegation.
