Everton boss confirms offer for two of his attackers

Everton boss Sam Allardyce has confirmed that he has received offers for out of favour stars Davy Klaassen and Sandro Ramirez but has dismissed them as financially unacceptable.

Both Klaassen and Sandro arrived at Goodison Park during the summer from Ajax and Malaga respectively but have been unable to establish themselves at the club which has led to speculation that they could leave this month.

Sandro has gone on to make just eight Premier League appearances while Klaassen has featured just four times.

The Toffees have thus far sold Aaron Lennon to Burnley and Ross Barkley to Chelsea and Allardyce has confirmed that the other offers which they have received have been loan proposals.

“We’ve had a number of enquiries that are not suitable for us to allow the player to leave, nearly all of them on loan,” Allardyce said at a press conference ahead of Everton’s clash with Leicester City on Wednesday.

“We haven’t accepted any deal yet and we won’t until the board tell me financially it’s acceptable and I say to them it’s in the best interests of the club or the player to go out on loan.

“We have got a lot of players so moving some out on loan would be a possibility but only if it’s right for the club.”
