According to popular Bookmakers BetVictor, Newcastle have been installed as the favourites to sign Everton striker Sandro Ramirez.
The Magpies have been priced at 2/1 to complete the signing of the Spaniard before the transfer window closes on Wednesday.
Rafa Benitez’s side lead the likes of Brighton, Swansea and West Brom in the race to sign the player (all 8/1).
Sandro arrived at Goodison Park from Malaga last summer for £5.2 million and was expected to fill the void that was left by Romelu Lukaku’s departure to Manchester United.
He was however struggled for form following his arrival in England and has managed just one goal from 15 appearances for Everton which came during a 5-1 thrashing at the hands of Atalanta in the Europa League.
After an underwhelming start to this season, Everton signed Theo Walcott and Cenk Tosun this month to bolster their options. Sandro has struggled to achieve regular game time so sending him away may be a good move.
