According to reports, Scottish Premier League club Kilmarnock are keen on signing Aaron Tshibola from Aston Villa on loan till the end of the season.
Tshibola returned to Villa this month following a less than successful first half of the season with MK Dons and does not form part of the future plans of Steve Bruce.
Tshibola has previously worked with Kilmarnock’s boss Steve Clarke at Reading while Clarke was manager of the Royals as well as at Villa when Clarke served as assistant to former boss Roberto Di Matteo.
Tshibola knows Clarke well and a move will likely get him more game time, which is what he needs at this stage to rebuild his career. Therefore, a deal could be on the cards.
Since replacing Lee McCulloch as manager of Killie earlier this season, Clarke has done an impressive job managing the club and has led them away from relegation trouble to mid-table.
