Liverpool have welcomed back the duo of Mo Salah and Daniel Sturridge back into the first team after both the players spent time in the sidelines due to injury.
Both Mo Salah and Daniel Sturridge suffered injuries in recent weeks, which ruled them out of first team action but as a huge boost, both the players have rejoined the training and might play against league leaders Manchester City this weekend.
Salah sustained a groin injury which ruled him out of two recent fixtures while Sturridge has been missing due to a muscle injury and he has been out for a prolonged period of time.
Nonetheless, both the players have reportedly returned from the injury and are currently training with the first team, which means the duo might be available to face Manchester City.
This is certainly good news for manager Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool, who will definitely need the aforementioned players if they are to end City’s remarkable winning run.
