West Ham are set to chase Liverpool striker Danny Ings during the January transfer window.
Ings has struggled to earn regular playing time with the Reds this season and lies behind Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane in the clubs pecking order.
West Ham manager David Moyes is keen to bolster his squad during the January transfer window in order to boost his sides chances of avoiding relegation this season and Ings is one of the names whom they are looking at.
Since moving from Burnley to Liverpool in 2015, Ings has been blighted by injury problems and has struggled to make an impact at the club.
He however had a promising spell with the Clarets and is a proven scorer at Premier League level.
Should he move to the Hammers, he will likely receive a good amount of opportunities and this could make a move to the East London club appealing.
