Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino has said that Manchester City are the best team in the Premier League as well as Europe at the current moment in time.
City are seemingly destined to win the Premier League this season as they are currently on a run of 15 consecutive League victories.
The only time that Pep Guardiola’s men dropped points this season was when they played out to a 1-1 draw against Everton in August.
Spurs prepare to take on City whom they trail by a massive 18 points in a Premier League clash on Saturday and will be the underdogs going into the game.
“They [Manchester City] are showing that they are not only the best in England but in Europe too with the Champions League,” Pochettino said.
“They are playing so well and deserve all the praise. It will be so tough. I think Manchester City deserve all the credit with what they are doing.
“Of course now we are completely focused on trying to prepare the team to be ready to compete on Saturday.”
