According to reports, West Ham manager David Moyes could allow striker Diafra Sakho to leave the club in January and join Cardiff City for £12 million.
The 27-year-old attempted to leave the Hammers and join Rennes during the summer but a potential deal fell through.
He is once again trying to leave the East London club in order to find regular first team football elsewhere.
Sakho has so far made 15 appearances in all competitions for West Ham this season, though the majority of those have come off the bench. He has managed to score three goals and contribute one assist in the process.
Cardiff boss Neil Warnock is looking to have his side push for promotion this season and Sakho is one of the men who he has identified who can bolster his side during the January transfer window.
Considering that Moyes has plenty of options up front, there is a good chance that a move will go ahead.
